St. Olaf student Megan Gregory (class of 2004) is one of 80 U.S. students to be awarded a Morris K. Udall Scholarship this year. Gregory, a biology/environmental studies major, is the first St. Olaf student to receive this award. The scholarship is for college sophomores or juniors in the current academic year ?who have outstanding potential and who study the environment and related fields." The scholarship includes a $5000 award and a trip to a conference of Udall Scholarship Award winners in Arizona this August. Gregory has previously been awarded a Goldwater Scholarship.
