(Minneapolis)- Kevin Jaunich (So., Delano, Minn.) had 20 points, 14 of which in the second half, to lead the Oles to a 93-78 win over Augsburg. The win completes a series sweep after St. Olaf won on January 15, 82-76 at Skoglund Athletic Center. Ryan Olson added all 17 of his points in the second half for St. Olaf, who had six players in double figures for the first time this season. The victory was the first at Augsburg for the Oles since the 1995-96 season.

St. Olaf shot 86.2% from the line for the game, including 18-20 in the second half, to the Auggie's 55.0% . Olson and Jaunich combined to hit all fifteen of their attempts from the charity stripe.

Mike Ludwig (So., Blaine, Minn.), who had 19 points in just 17 minutes, left the game after injuring his ankle with two minutes to play in the half. Ludwig is questionable for Saturday's game with Carleton.

Matt Schlenker (Fr., Rochester, Minn.) and Tim Nelson (So., Blaine, Minn.) each added 11 points for the Oles while Hallie Williams (Sr., Fort Worth, Texas) had ten. Schlenker and Nelson did their part on the boards, as well, corralling nine and eight rebounds respectively.

Tommy Chatman led the way for Augsburg with 21 points on nine of 13 shooting. Travis Hinze added 16 points in the loss. The Auggies have now lost three straight and seven of their last eleven.

The Oles travel across the Cannon River on Saturday for their last game of the season when they battle the Knights of Carleton. The game is the second in a basketball double-header. The women play at 1 p.m. and the men's game is set for 3 p.m. in Carleton's West Gym.
