"That St. Olaf should be the first major collegiate festival to go 'Hollywood' with a movie-house simulcast seems apt," writes Star Tribune Music Critic Graydon Royce in Sunday's paper. "The Northfield college is the Mesopotamia of choral singing, and F. Melius Christiansen is its Abraham, a progenitor whose presence is still palpable nearly 100 years after he founded the choir."
