Haucks featured in 'Swimming World' magazine

Father-son St. Olaf swim coach duo Dave and Robert '87 Hauck are featured in the December 2009 issue of Swimming World magazine. In the in-depth interview, the Haucks discuss working together ("Dad is sometimes a little off the wall"), coaching and training techniques, and advice for prospective students.

The piece ends with "How they train Nelson Westby," a sidebar about St. Olaf's 28-time NCAA Division III All-American swimmer. "Honest, humble, and confident, he has more passion for swimming than anyone I have met," says Robert. "He has been inspiring to us all."
