Appointment request

This site is for signing up for an appointment for coursework, advising, etc.

1. Please enter your e-mail address next to a time slot of your choice, optionally tab to enter a comment in a comment box, then click on a SUBMIT button.
   You will receive a confirmation by e-mail. After confirmation, your email will show on the time slot.

2. To request a different starting time for a time slot, use comment box.

3. To request a group meeting, either

   • enter multiple usernames, separated by commas with no spaces, e.g., rab,olaf,allen , or
   • request a group name, then enter that name.
