Annual Christmas Fest may be heard in person, on the air

The 92nd annual St. Olaf Christmas Festival, "Awaken Our Souls, O God of Hope," features more than 500 student musicians from the St. Olaf Choir, St. Olaf Cantorei, Manitou Singers, Viking Chorus, Chapel Choir, St. Olaf Orchestra. Performances in Skoglund Center Auditorium are at 7:30 p.m. on Dec. 4, 5 and 6; and, at 3:30 p.m. on Dec. 7. The college?s public radio service, Classical 89.3 WCAL in the Twin Cities (88.7 KMSE in Rochester, Minn.), will broadcast this year?s Christmas Festival concert live at 3:30 p.m. on Dec. 7. Classical 89.3 also will air a 90-minute Christmas Festival concert on Dec. 24 at 9 a.m. and Dec. 25 at 1 p.m.
