For the past three years, she was associate dean of students at Clark University in Worcester, Mass. Before that she was assistant director of leadership development at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, where she taught leadership skills to students.

At the University of Iowa, Eaton-Neeb held four administrative posts during the five years she worked there, from advising the undergraduate literary magazine to helping negotiate the first collective bargaining agreement with the graduate student union. The University of Iowa is also where she earned her doctorate in student development in post-secondary education.

Eaton-Neeb majored in biology and psychology at St. Olaf. ?We are delighted to have found not only an Ole, but someone who understands how the relationship between students and the college grows into the special relationship between alumni and the college,? says Vice President of Advancement Gordon Soenksen.

Eaton-Neeb and her husband, Nick Neeb, both of whom are natives of Worthington, Minn., live in Northfield with their 1-year-old son, Peter.
