Tenor David Lee Brewer teams with St. Olaf Gospel Choir

Morning chapel on Tuesday, Sept. 23, at 11:10 a.m. in Boe Memorial Chapel offers a service of music with internationally known tenor David Lee Brewer and the St. Olaf Gospel Choir, under the direction of jazz pianist, composer and instructor in music Keith McCutchen. Brewer has sung with opera companies worldwide, including Lyric Opera Cleveland, Houston Grand Opera, Opera Monte Carlo, the Deutsche Nationaltheater in Weimar Germany, Lyric Opera of Chicago and Seattle Opera and has appeared with many prestigious symphonic ensembles. Daily chapel services at St. Olaf are open to the public and are broadcast weeknights at 9 p.m. on Classical 89.3 WCAL, the public radio service of St. Olaf College.
