Oles drop season finale to Carleton

Ted and Tom Nagel once again carried the men's tennis team this Wednesday against Carleton. The two teams were forced to play inside at Owatonna, due the weather. As a team, the Nagel brothers won their doubles match and each also won their respective singles matches.
The rest of the Oles were not able to follow suit. The number two and three doubles teams both dropped their matches to the Knights. Carleton also won the remainder of the singles matches.
When all was played out, the Oles left with 3-6 loss in their final meet of the season.
Players in the match were Ted Nagel (Jr., Oglesby, Ill.), Tom Nagel (Jr., Oglesby, Ill), Matt Sobieski (Senior, Mahtomedi, Minn.), Dan Cohen (Jr., St. Paul, Minn.), Mike Matsuura (FY, St. Cloud, Minn.), Ross Bidlingmaier (Soph., Madison, Wisc), Matt Clark (FY, Northfield, Minn.), Mike Donohue (Sr., Spirit Lake, Iowa), and Tom Wampler (Soph., Green Bay, Wisc.).
St. Olaf returns to action on, Friday, April 25, for the conference meet in Northfield.
