The fourth and final broadcast in 89.3 WCAL's "Peace Pathways" series, "Citizens Building Peace," will air Tuesday, June 25, at 9 p.m. on the radio service of St. Olaf College. International development authority Ramon Daubon makes the case that what matters most in a country's growth is "the citizens' political process." The broadcast also will feature Jim Musselman, head of Appleseed Records, a small independent label committed to the music of social change.
