Cindy Book featured in book on successful college coaches

Cindy Book, director of athletics and chair of the athletics department at St. Olaf College, was featured recently in the book 6 Psychological Factors for Success: America's Most Successful Athletic Coaches Reveal the Path to Competitive Excellence, by Stephen J. Brennan, Ph.D.

The book, released by Peak Performance Publishing, features 25 college coaches discussing their coaching philosophy on six factors for athletic success: motivation, team cohesion, discipline, mental toughness, mental preparation and communication.
