Eida Berrio, Dean of Community Life and Diversity at St. Olaf College, and Associate Director of Human Resources Pat Scully led a workshop at the 28th annual American Association for Affirmative Action Conference in Chicago, April 3 through 6. Titled "The Holistic Approach: Integration of Community Life, Human Resources and Affirmative Action," the workshop focused on how collaborative efforts across campus can effectively be mingled with a voluntary affirmative action plan and a collegewide staff development program.
