Partisanship is back post-9/11, and Dan Hofrenning says why

President George W. Bush in February redrew the partisan lines between Republicans and Democrats that had been erased after Sept. 11. ABC News asked St. Olaf College Political Science Professor Dan Hofrenning whether that was a smart move.
