Oles Fall to Northwestern

Northwestern (3-3) outscored St. Olaf (2-2) 47-32 in the second half to hand the Oles their second consecutive loss Monday night.

Dan Westin led all scorers with 27 and had 9 rebounds for the Eagles who are now 3-3. Chad Nuest added 19 points and 9 assists while shooting 9 of 12 from the field. Mike Ludwig had 20 points and 7 rebounds for the Oles who have now lost two straight. Matt Hofkens and Ryan Olson added 19 and 12 points for St. Olaf.

St. Olaf travels to Gustavus Adolphus College Saturday afternoon in their MIAC conference opener. Game time is set for 3:00pm at the Lund Center in St. Peter. The game can be heard on 920 AM KDHL.
