Video News: Students wax philosophical on dictionary project

When Scarecrow Press asked St. Olaf Professor of Philosophy Charles Taliaferro to write a dictionary on the philosophy of religion, he approached his students and an alumna about collaborating on the project. Taliaferro's "Philosophy of Religion" seminar class and Elsa Marty '07, a graduate student at the University of Chicago, are composing many of the definitions -- for Einstein, Veda, Julian of Norwich, soteriology, Gandhi and more -- that will be included in the seminal work.
