Political Science Professor Dan Hofrenning comments on DFL

As DFL delegates head to Minnesota's third-largest city (Rochester) for a state convention heavy with implications not only for the party's electoral fortunes, but also for the host city's shifting political character, St. Olaf College's Political Science Professor Dan Hofrenning predicts that change is in the air. The convention will allow the DFL to showcase to Rochester voters its endorsees for the U.S. Senate race and the governor's race.
