Costume Clearance Sale
CostumeRentals (which houses the rental stock of the Guthrie Theater and Children's Theatre Company) will hold its annual pre-Halloween Costume Clearance Sale the first weekend of October. The sale begins Thursday, September 27 and ends Saturday September 29. Hours are 10 - 4 each day. This is a great place to find rehearsal garments; interesting trims and buttons to salvage from well used costumes; unusual single costumes or sets which did not rent frequently; inexpensive contemporary wear that wouldn't earn its keep. Most pieces will be priced at $1.00! This is also a great time / place to arrange to meet your colleagues and grab a happy hour snack together after checking out the sale!
