Create Broadcast / Media Services Request

This form must be received a MINIMUM of two weeks prior to your event in order to guarantee our services.

Before completing this form, please ensure you have properly reserved the location of the event by using the the 25Live Pro system. When making your room reservation, please allow at least one hour for equipment setup and tear down.

The Broadcast Media Services Department provides recording and streaming services for events intended for viewing by the general public. To inquire about video recording for internal uses, such as course-related content, contact the IT Helpdesk.

After we receive this request, you will be contacted to clarify any necessary details, confirm our availability, and estimate the cost of services requested if applicable.

Live & On-Demand Online Streaming
Streamed to the public via the college's streaming portal. Event streams are subject to approval of the Director of Broadcast / Media Services.

Recorded for later use — choose the format(s) in which you would like to receive recordings.

Create an HD digital video file
An unedited 1080p H.264 MP4 video file can be provided via thumb drive or file transfer within 2 business days.
Make the video available in an embedded website player
Code and instructions to insert a video player into your website can be provided within 2 business days. Note: selecting this option does not provide a live web stream (see streaming option above if this is desired).
Create a video DVD
DVDs are available for an additional fee; please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
Create an audio-only digital file
An unedited WAV or FLAC digital file can be provided via thumb drive or file transfer within 2 business days.
Create an audio CD
CDs are available for an additional fee; please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
Sound Reinforcement / PA
Microphones and speakers as required for amplification of voice or recorded material in the venue.
Video Projection
When the venue is not already equipped, we can supply projectors and screens, or large digital displays, for showing video, PowerPoint, or other supplemental materials.
Stage Lighting
Special stage, architectural or theatrical-style lighting to supplement the existing lighting in the venue. Services dependent on availability of equipment.
