Annual Fall Meeting Dates
September 10th and 11th have been set as the date and plans are being developed to hold our meeting in the Fargo-Moorhead area at Trollwood Performing Arts School. Watch your e-mail and the August issue of the newsletter for full information. Contact Mary Beth Gagner (mgagner01@gw.hamline.edu; Vice Chair for Programming) if you have ideas for sessions. Included at the meeting will be a design expo with three National Conference Registration awards for top work in the student design category. Make plans now to include your recent design work in the expo.
Northern Boundary Section Scholarships to attend the National Conference
The Annual National conference is scheduled for March 9-12, 2011
USITT NBS offers Student Scholarship awards to support travel to the national conference. Five scholarships were awarded last year from NBS. Interested students should complete an application form and submit by October 15. The application form will be included in the August issue of this newsletter.
Three National conference registrations sponsored by the National Organization and awarded by NBS will be given again this year to students exhibiting in the Cover the Walls Design Expo at the Annual Fall Meeting, September 9 and 10.
